By using our web hosting and business email services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Acceptable Use: Our services must be used for lawful purposes only. We strictly prohibit the sending of bulk unsolicited emails (SPAM), hosting malware, phishing sites, or copyrighted material. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension.
2. Payments & Billing: All services are billed on a prepaid basis. Invoices must be paid by the due date to avoid automated suspension. Payments are processed under our parent entity, AS IT CARE.
3. Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new hosting/email plans. Domain names, software licenses, and custom setups are non-refundable.
4. Backups & Data Loss: While we maintain regular server backups, clients are solely responsible for maintaining their own independent backups. AS Tech Vision is not liable for data loss.
5. SLA & Uptime: We strive to provide 99.9% network uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
